TBO4 By The Ric Group has their own native integration with MachShip that is fully featured and implemented by The Ric Group team.

Integration Workflow

Here is how the integration with MachShip works:

  1. User scans to pick and pack an order in the WMS
  2. Boxes/Pallets are created in the WMS with their weights and dimensions
  3. User clicks "Get Freight Quote" to initiate shipping process
  4. WMS displays available shipping options with pricing for user selection
  5. User selects preferred shipping option
  6. Labels are automatically generated and printed
  7. System stores key shipping information:
    • Carrier Consignment ID
    • Freight Price
  8. Consignments are manifested in bulk through MachShip

Important Info

  • This integration is "touchless", with users rarely needing to log into MachShip (typically only for end-of-day manifest)
  • MachShip does not complete this integration - it is a feature of the TBO4 platform
  • The integration streamlines the entire shipping process from order picking to label generation
  • Bulk manifesting capability helps manage multiple consignments efficiently
