JIWA Integration

Overview

JIWA has their own native integration with MachShip that is fully featured and implemented by the JIWA team.

Integration Workflow

Here is how the integration with MachShip works:

  1. An order is created in JIWA
  2. User selects "Ship Via Machship"
  3. User selects preferred carrier and labels print automatically
  4. JIWA collects and stores information about the consignment:
    • Carrier Consignment ID
    • Tracking Link
    • Carrier Name
    • Carrier Service Name
    • Freight Cost
  5. When ready, the warehouse manifests all consignments in MachShip

Important Info

  • This integration is "touchless", with users rarely needing to log into MachShip (typically only for end-of-day manifest)
  • MachShip does not complete this integration - it is a feature of the JIWA platform
  • Contact JIWA for version requirements and compatibility details
