Overview

Evexso has their own native integration with MachShip that is fully featured and implemented by the Evexso team.

Integration Workflow

Here is how the integration with MachShip works:

1. An order is created in your ERP system (MYOB, NetSuite, SAP B1, Pronto, etc.)
2. Order flows into Evexso
3. Order is picked and packed by your warehouse team using the Evexso platform
4. Carrier Selection occurs:
   • Pre-allocated carrier/service is auto-selected if specified
   • Cheapest carrier/service is auto-allocated if set to Cheapest
   • User can select from available shipping options if set to Quote
5. Labels print out to the packing user's printer via MachShip
6. Evexso collects and stores information about the consignment onto the order
7. When ready, the warehouse manifests all consignments in MachShip

Important Info

• This integration is "touchless", with users rarely needing to log into MachShip (typically only for end-of-day manifest)
• MachShip does not complete this integration - it is a feature of the Evexso platform
• The integration works with multiple ERP systems
• Automatic carrier selection based on rules reduces manual intervention

Evexso FAQs

Q: How much of the process happens within Evexso?

A: Almost all of the process occurs within Evexso. Users only need to access MachShip for the end-of-day manifest.

Q: What information is stored in Evexso?

A: Evexso stores all consignment information directly on the order, maintaining a complete record of the shipping process.

Integration Setup

All integrations are completed by the Evexso integrations team that specializes in setting up integrations with MachShip.

As part of the setup process, the Evexso team will:

• Setup and configure the integration with MachShip
• Configure and map available carriers and services
• Conduct end-to-end testing
• Provide training & support in using the integration

As of December 2023, the approximate costs are:

• Setup fee: $1,600-2,000
• Monthly license fee: $100 (Prices exclude GST)
