JIWA has their own native integration with MachShip that is fully featured and implemented by the JIWA team.
Integration Workflow
Here is how the integration with MachShip works:
- An order is created in JIWA
- User selects "Ship Via Machship"
- User selects preferred carrier and labels print automatically
- JIWA collects and stores information about the consignment:
- Carrier Consignment ID
- Tracking Link
- Carrier Name
- Carrier Service Name
- Freight Cost
- When ready, the warehouse manifests all consignments in MachShip
Important Info
- This integration is "touchless", with users rarely needing to log into MachShip (typically only for end-of-day manifest)
- MachShip does not complete this integration - it is a feature of the JIWA platform
